Data we collect
When you fill in the quote request form, we collect:
- your full name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- your profile (individual, business, fleet manager…) and the number of vehicles;
- the message you send us.
Why we use this data
This information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and get back to you about your project. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Processors
Form submission is handled by the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to our mailbox. This processor handles the data on our behalf and in accordance with its own confidentiality commitments.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and for the business relationship, then archived or deleted within 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights
In accordance with the regulations applicable in Côte d'Ivoire (law no. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data), you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to us atcommercial-anywhere@mkexpertise.com.
